Gentle Comfort Care Ltd provides supported living services for adults aged 18 and over with mental health needs. We deliver person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and stability within the community.
Our service is designed to help individuals live as independently as possible in their own homes or supported living settings, with flexible support arrangements tailored to assessed needs.
Support can be provided on a 24-hour basis where identified through assessment and commissioning arrangements.
